We're seeking a Customer Success Lead to serve as the primary liaison with our partners. You'll manage relationships with communities, companies, nonprofits, universities, accelerators, and other organizations that partner with Builders + Backers. This role requires someone who thrives on building strong, multi-contact relationships, working proactively and strategically, and driving partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with organizational partners including cities, nonprofits, corporations, universities, accelerators, and government programs
• Serve as primary point of contact for partner organizations throughout their engagement
• Manage partner onboarding process and ensure successful programs launches
• Proactively communicate and manage the overall partnership
• Identify opportunities for deeper partnerships

Partner Support & Program Management:

• Ensure successful program implementation and ongoing partner satisfaction
• Provide support and resources to help partners maximize their investment
• Monitor partner program performance and outcomes
• Resolve partner issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Create and maintain partner success documentation and best practices
• Track key partner success metrics
