As we scale our consumer audience, we're seeking an experienced Director of User Acquisition (B2C, Digital) to build and own our digital user acquisition engine. This individual will design, test, and execute direct-to-consumer acquisition strategies across paid and organic digital channels, build scalable funnels that convert, and define how we reach and convert everyday founders at meaningful scale, including entrepreneurial dreamers and aspiring entrepreneurs who may not yet identify as founders.
This position is hands-on. You will personally run acquisition experiments, interpret data, optimize conversion funnels, and establish systems that can scale. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how we grow our consumer base from thousands to hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, while building the frameworks and processes that enable sustainable, efficient growth.
