You'll evaluate ideas, identify possibilities, and guide builders through refining concepts, testing assumptions, and taking their first steps toward successful ventures. Key Responsibilities

1. Idea Development & Refinement:
   • Help builders pinpoint the problem they're solving and refine their ideas
   • Work with builders to see the magnitude and vision of what's possible with their concepts
   • Guide builders through the process of expanding and improving their initial ideas
   • Identify opportunities to transform small ideas into scalable ventures
2. Assumption Testing & Validation:
   • Pinpoint the core assumptions that must be true for each builder's idea to work
   • Collaborate with builders to craft rapid, low-fidelity experiments to test key hypotheses
   • Design and recommend appropriate testing methodologies for different types of ideas
   • Help builders leverage low/no-code tools to test and iterate quickly
3. Mentorship & Relationship Building:
   • Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to assigned builders
   • Build strong relationships with builders from diverse backgrounds and experience levels
   • Communicate effectively with builders at all skill levels
   • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications

1. Startup Experience:
   • 5+ years of hands-on startup or entrepreneurship experience
   • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder of an early-stage startup
2. Startup Skills:
   • Strong understanding of and practical experience with lean startup methodology and experiment design
   • Experience with rapid prototyping and low/no-code tools
   • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
3. People Skills:
   • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

1. Work Experience:
   • Experience as a startup generalist who has worn multiple hats
   • Track record of building, iterating, and pivoting in startup environments
   • Experience with modern startup tools and methodologies
2. Business Development & Strategy:
   • Background in identifying and developing scalable business opportunities
   • Familiarity with various business models (tech startups, creative economy, impact ventures, main street businesses)
   • Strong intuition for spotting "diamonds in the rough" among early-stage ideas
3. Leadership & Mentorship:
   • Experience mentoring or coaching early-stage entrepreneurs
   • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
